    Answer: Location. Being close to quality medical facilities, restaurants, a major airport, popular recreation and cultural destinations, just to name a few. Other considerations include: governance of the Association as well as its financial management and status. The amenity package, the variety of activities and opportunities, and the monthly Association fees are other important factors.

  • How much are the homeowner fees, and what are they for?
    Answer: The Community Association's regular assessment fee is currently $166.00 per household, per month.

  • How many Clubs, Groups and other Activities are offered at Sun City Roseville?
    Answer: Currently there are approximately 30 resident groups, 24 chartered clubs, twelve service groups, plus activities including day and over-night trips, in-house concerts, events and classes.

  • What about Golfing at Sun City Roseville?
    Answer: The Sun City Roseville association owns two (2) golf courses; the 18-hole Timber Creek and the 9-hole Sierra Pines.

  • Are there many Single Family Residences at Sun City Roseville?
    Answer: Yes, approximately 40 per cent of the Residences are designated Single Family Residence.

  • Can my Children and Grandchildren visit?
    Answer: Absolutely! Children, Grandchildren and non-residents are welcome guests for up to 60 days per year. There are specific times designated for young Children to use the facilities, and specific times that ate for Adult use only.

  • Who can live in Sun City Roseville?
    Answer: While there is no age qualification to own a home in Sun City Roseville, there is an age requirement to live in Sun City. This requirement is one (1) member of the household must be age 55 or older. Additional qualified permanent residents are defined as being 45 years of age or older, a spouse, or cohabitant providing physical or economic support for the qualified resident. Underage healthcare providers are also allowed to live with qualified residents.
